Have your say on Building a 10-year Plan

Information gained through state-wide workshops in Exploring our Community has been considered by a co-design group and a Directions Framework has been drafted.

The Directions Framework provides the foundation of content to Build a 10-year Plan.  Key priority areas include: housing, health, transport, support services, employment, education, rights and justice and place-based (local community).

Consultation to Build a 10-year Plan will be in the following forms:

  1. Workshops around priority areas for government agencies, advocacy groups, disability sector and service providers, business and private sector. To register for a workshop visit EventBrite - https://www.eventbrite.com.au/o/department-of-communities-18795313627
  2. General community drop-in session
  3. Online survey (coming soon)

Once information becomes available, details of how you can participate will be provided on this webpage.

What’s next?

It is expected that content to build the 10-year State Disability Plan will be available for public comment in November 2019.
