The WA Government is calling on young people aged 18–25 to apply for a unique exchange program to Hong Kong.

Now in its third year, the International Youth Exchange Program will select 12 delegates to participate in an exchange to Hong Kong this August, where they will meet their Hong Kong counterparts as part of a program designed to build on the skills of young people, as well as strengthening the relationship between the Hong Kong and Western Australian governments.

The itinerary will provide opportunities to develop participants’ self-confidence, foster international networks, gain a deeper appreciation of another culture and support their future career and educational development.

Delegates from Hong Kong will have an opportunity to reconnect with the WA cohort when they visit Perth on exchange in October.

For more information or to apply please visit the Hong Kong Youth Exchange 2019 event page on the Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia (YACWA) website.

Applications close on Friday 17 May 2019.

This program is delivered in partnership with the Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia.
