Remote connection for Communities staff


Home Computer

  • To remote connect to the Communities network from a home computer, use the Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD) to log in via the internet (using your work email address).  Please note you will not be able to use the WVD facility or access emails through Microsoft Office 365 online unless you have enrolled in Multi Factor Authentication.

Communities Device

  • To remote connect to the Communities network from a Communities device (desktop/laptop/Surface Pro), use the Communities Virtual Private Network (VPN) to log in. You can find a shortcut to the Communities VPN application from the desktop of your device. Please use your work email address to login.
