The Department of Communities welcomes your feedback and wherever possible works to resolve your complaint. Further information about lodging complaints relating to housing, disabilities or child protection services is provided below. If your complaint or feedback is about other areas of the operations of the Department of Communities you can complete the Communities complaints form located below.
To lodge a complaint about a service related to housing, please complete and submit the Housing online feedback form.
To lodge a complaint about a disabilities related service, please complete and submit the Disability Services online complaint form.
To lodge a complaint about a child protection related service, please complete and submit the Child Protection online complaint form.
