Further information about lodging complaints relating to housing, disabilities or child protection services is provided below. If your complaint or feedback is about other areas of the operations of the Department of Communities you can complete the Communities complaints form located below.
To lodge a complaint about a service related to housing, please complete and submit the Housing online feedback form.
