Rebates administered by Department for Communities
Cost of Living Rebate
Eligible Seniors Card holders are entitled to an annual payment every year until 2012 to assist with rising living expenses.
Seniors Safety & Security Rebate
WA Seniors Card holders can get a rebate of up to $200 per household towards buying and/or installing eligible home security devices whether they own or rent their home. A further $200 per household is available for the purchase and installation of electrical and fire safety items.

Eligible Seniors Card holders can claim rebates or deferment on their annual property rates.
Public Transport
Seniors Card holders get discount fares for Transperth metropolitan bus, train and ferry services and TransWA regional bus services.
WA Tourist Attractions
Get discounts on admission fees for State tourist attractions including The Art Gallery of WA, Western Australian Museum & Maritime Museum, Perth Zoo, Rottnest Island and National Parks.
Water
Seniors Card holders are entitled to a discount of up to 25% on Water Corporation Bills.
