The Regulatory Authority in each jurisdiction has responsibility for the operations of the National Quality Framework. In Western Australia, the Education and Care Regulatory Unit is responsible for the operations of the National Quality Framework.
The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) is the national authority responsible for guiding the implementation and ongoing administration of the Framework across Australia.
